Patricia Ann Mulloy, age 71, passed away on Saturday, August 6, 2016, in Comanche.
She was born on Jan. 30, 1945 in Comanche to Chester and Lillian (Williams) Johnston. She was united in marriage to Jerry Buchanan and he preceded her in death. On April 30, 2011 she was united in marriage to Carl David Mulloy. She was a retired bookkeeper for Petroleum Products in Mexia. She had lived in the Comanche community since 2004 where she became a Hospice volunteer, Salvation Army volunteer, White Stone Assisted Living volunteer, and a Comanche Cares volunteer. She was a member of the Red Hat Ladies and the Heritage Club in Comanche. Patricia was a member of First Baptist Church of Comanche and had been attending Highland Avenue Congregational Methodist Church in Dublin.
She is survived by her husband, Carl David Mulloy, of Comanche; son, Ken Buchanan and wife Kendra of Waco; granddaughters, Shelby and Aubrey Buchanan of Waco; brother, Stelvin Johnston and wife Kathy of Comanche; sister, Vickie Stephenson and husband Jerry of Comanche; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Lillian (Williams) Johnston.
Family received friends at Comanche Funeral Home on Monday, Aug. 8 from 6-8 p.m.
Funeral Services are at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 9 at Comanche Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gerald Freeman officiating. Burial will be in Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Comanche.
